Be an Alpaca Farmer

Experience life on our farm in this Authentic PEI Experience. Grab your gloves and pick up that bucket; join us as we complete our daily chores. Spend a half day hands-on with alpaca farming, including morning chores, herd health, halter training, and fibre sorting. Participants will work side by side with farm staff to complete routine daily chores and then engage in the scheduled farm activity for the day, such as putting in hay, breeding alpacas, halter training, or fibre sorting. Learn about alpacas and their needs for producing a quality annual harvest.

Requirements: Closed-toe shoes are required. All other supplies and equipment are provided. This experience is not suitable for children under 13.
